Sorbojoner Durgotsab, Puddapukur Barwari Samiti which is marking its 72nd year of existence has set up a 40 - feet puja pandal made by artists from Midnapore. The pandal has beautiful peach colour walls woven with intricate design, which use bangles and buttons in its pattern ! The straight lane from Sarat Bose Road which hits pandal has a beaming gate which marks entrance to the pandal and has line of artifical electronic parrotts. And as one is near to the pandal, their are mechanical models of elephants, and dinosuar, an added attraction for kids !
